Can have antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties on the skin. Eucalyptus Extract is an aromatic oil native to Australia. It has been regarded by both Aborigines and European settlers as a general cure-all in herbal remedies. The pale, volatile liquid is taken from fresh eucalyptus leaves, and the most important component of the liquid is Eucalyptol. Used to refresh skin. Produces an aromatic odor.
Water is primarily used as a solvent in personal care products in
which it dissolves many of the ingredients that impart skin benefits,
such as conditioning agents and cleansing agents. Water also forms
emulsions in which the oil and water components of the product are
combined to form creams and lotions.
Maris Salt Extract is sea salt picked by hands according to a handcrafted
method. This salt is not washed but only filtered after
selection.
Lotus Flower Extract is the L’uvalla signature ingredient and is found
in every product. Lotus Flower Extract has anti-inflammatory and
antioxidant properties; has long been used to cleanse and purify the
skin. In aromatherapy, Lotus Extract produces a peaceful disposition.
This oil is strongly antiseptic, and also has expectorant properties, so
is often used in steam inhalations for respiratory tract infections. It is
great to clear up inflamed problems, such as acne, boils, ulcers,
burns, cuts and insect bites. It also helps to clear away congestion in
an oily skin.
Sage Oil is excellent as a circulation regulator and muscle relaxant. It
can be used with success to reduce pore size, healing of sores,
psoriasis, and dermatitis. In aromatherapy, used to calm the nerves
and help with grief and depression.
Achillea Millefolium Extract, also called Yarrow Extract, is an extract
of the whole plant. It is a clear, brown-green liquid with a faint herbal
odor. Yarrow Oil Extract is added to a product to enhance the
appearance of dry or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring
suppleness. The therapeutic properties of yarrow oil are antiinflammatory,
antirheumatic, antiseptic, and astringent & can
improve circulation to the skin. In aromatherapy, used to calm the
nerves and help with grief and depression.
