Bitter Orange Leaf Extract & Leaf Oil is most useful in treating
broken capillaries and veins under the skin's surface, improving
elasticity, while stimulating cellular activity and new cell growth. It
also has a toning effect and helps to clear pimples and skin
blemishes; has anti-inflammatory properties. In aromatherapy, will
calm and lift the spirits, fighting anxiety, depression and shock.
Water is primarily used as a solvent in personal care products in
which it dissolves many of the ingredients that impart skin benefits,
such as conditioning agents and cleansing agents. Water also forms
emulsions in which the oil and water components of the product are
combined to form creams and lotions.
Peppermint Leaf Water imparts a distinct odor or flavor to products.
In cosmetic and personal care products, Peppermint Leaf Water may
also function as a skin conditioning agent that slows the loss of water
from the skin by forming a barrier on the skin's surface. Peppermint

Sodium Chloride (Sea Salt) occurs naturally in seawater and as the
mineral halite. Sodium Chloride is essential to biological organisms
and is found in most tissues and body fluids. Sodium Chloride
remineralizes and softens the skin, and can also increase the
thickness of the aqueous (water) portion of cosmetics and personal
care products.
Lotus Flower Extract is the L’uvalla signature ingredient and is found
in every product. Lotus Flower Extract has anti-inflammatory and
antioxidant properties; has long been used to cleanse and purify the

Mallow Extract is an herbaceous plant that generally grows 3 to 5
feet tall. It is native to Africa, Asia and Europe. It has been prized
since Roman times for its natural medicinal properties and its ability
to soothe rough and dry skin. Due to its high mucilage content, the
flower extract forms a soothing, protective gel. This plant possesses
anti-inflammatory properties, calming and caring for delicate,
sensitive skin.
The extract of this perennial yellow flower is a natural emollient and
moisturizer. Birdsfoot can also soothe the skin.
Horsetail Leaf Extract is high in vegetal silica and has diuretic,
astringent and wound healing properties. It is useful for improving
circulation, as well as boosting and rejuvenating the connective

Alfalfa is a cool season perennial legume living from three to twelve
